This first run is offered at a founding rate and is capped at a maximum of 3 people. The small group size allows for close guidance, plenty of support, and a calm, beginner-friendly learning environment.

Over six weeks, you’ll learn the core kettlebell skills with a focus on hinge, squat, and swing. We use breath and core support to help you move safely, build strength, and trust how your body works. The focus is on good technique, steady progress, and learning without pressure.

This course is suitable if you’re new to kettlebells, returning to training, or want a supportive way to build strength without pressure.
