I choose Strongfirst Kettlebell training because of the rigorous certification process. You MUST be thorough in your training and show, in your movement capacity and technique, that you are skilled in what is needed to pass. It helped me to become confident in teaching

 

If practiced right, this training can be the most fun you've had lifting heavy things 😆​

The kettlebell is a versatile piece of fitness equipment. You will learn to throw, carry, press, swing, and maneuver a kettlebell safely

If you are intrigued by kettlebells or have always wanted to learn, but are unsure how to use them properly, why not come to a session and try it out? No experience is needed!

  • You will learn the basic kettlebell movements for you to practice​

  • You get to SWING, PRESS, GET UP, SQUAT and much more...

​

  • You will be surprised by what you can do

​

  • You will feel more and more confident with your strength and power every session

​

Sessions are kept to a maximum of 3 people due to space and my 👀 on your movement patterns​
