Meditation Class

Meditation Tuesdays is a weekly, donation based in-person meditation session offering a calm, supportive space to pause, settle, and reconnect.

There’s no expectation to sit in a particular way, clear your mind, or have any prior experience. You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Sessions include guided meditation, with practices you can easily take into everyday life. The approach is gentle, accessible, and focused on kindness rather than effort.

The focus isn’t on doing meditation “right,” but on building familiarity and confidence with practice over time. Whether you’re completely new or returning to meditation, this is a space to slow down, check in, and create a little more steadiness in the middle of everyday life.
