Coaching with me isn’t about chasing a six pack or lifting the heaviest thing in the gym.

It isn’t about pushing through pain when your body is clearly asking for something different.

It isn’t about forcing yourself into a plan that doesn’t fit.

And it definitely isn’t about having to look a certain way just to prove you are strong.

​It is about feeling supported in your body so you can trust it to do the things you care about.

For some, it means feeling more confident in your strength and mobility so you can take on challenges you have always wanted to, whether that is a big walk, a hill climb, or simply playing more easily outdoors.

Or it could be carrying shopping without strain, getting up from the floor with ease, or keeping up with children, dogs, or grandchildren.

For some it is about moving more freely, for others it is about staying steady and confident as the years go on.

We start from where you are and build from there. It is not one size fits all.

We work with what your body needs that day. Some days that might mean lifting, carrying, or working on stability. Other days it could be grounding movement or finding steadiness in simple patterns. The focus is always on what helps you feel supported and capable right now, so you can build trust in your body in a way that lasts.​
