  • Learn the importance of body scanning and how to practice it when taking part in any physical activity 

  • Recognise when a potential injury could present itself and how easy it is to ignore the signs

  • Learn how muscular & joint limitations can affect you and how you can put in place a step-by-step process that could give you some more space, length, or in some cases less length to gain positive movement patterns 

  • Learn how factors like sleep, hydration, nutrition, menstrual cycle, and stress affect how well you move and train and how all this can affect your movement patterns & ultimately your goals

  • Know what to do to keep yourself in check and on track. Recognise when your body gives you feedback so that the program can best support where you're body is at, every step of the way​​

Make positive changes to your body & movement

  • Instead of avoiding activities because you don't feel strong or confident enough, imagine doing them, and not feeling utterly exhausted.  You might feel it, but it's not going to trigger too much discomfort

  • Instead of feeling tightness and restrictions building up when you do exercise, know how to free up space so that your body is better supported to do what you want to do

  • Instead of being nervous about a long drive and how it's going to feel afterward, like it always does, you know how to apply a few simple daily movements to combat your usual niggles

  • A program designed for you based on the data collected from the assessment. This will be changed every few weeks to support the adaptations your body makes

  • Weekly in-person sessions, with a focus on your program, checking form, & any possible tweaks required

  • Program to go through in-between sessions - you can contact me with questions

  • Body scanning techniques to stay connected with changes & adaptations

  • Monthly progress checks ins to see how things are going to reach your desired goals
