What we do
In one to one sessions, we usually work through three overlapping phases. Phase one is about reconnecting. Breath, simple movement, and awareness of how your body relates to the ground and the space around you. Phase two is about integrating that awareness into movement. Squatting, hinging, reaching, shoulder and hip movement, and how your body works as a whole. Phase three is about using your body well. Moving with more efficiency, less tension, and less wasted effort. How the support works One to one support includes four sessions per month and a personalised programme. In the first phase, the programme usually changes more often. This is because awareness, connection, and understanding tend to evolve quickly here. As you move into later phases, the programme becomes more stable. Changes are smaller, more refined, and more about integration than correction. The sessions and the programme always work together. Nothing is fixed in advance. Everything is shaped around how your body is responding. Sessions are always shaped around you and what you need. If this way of working makes sense to you, one to one support is a good place to start.
Upcoming Sessions
If you can't make it
One to one sessions are booked as a monthly commitment of four sessions, paid in advance. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If something unexpected happens, just let me know. This work is designed to build over time, and you’re welcome to pause or finish at the end of any month with notice.
