What is The ROOTed Movement ?
Most fitness programs pull you in one of two directions.
Strength training makes you powerful but often ignores listening to your body.
Mindful practices like yoga bring calm and awareness but sometimes leave you wondering if your body is strong enough for real life.
The ROOTed Movement brings the two together. It is strength that grows from awareness and awareness that deepens through strength. It is not about choosing between being powerful or being present, but about knowing that the two belong together.
And then you take that strength and confidence out into the world and do the things you love.
