​The Rhythm isn’t about “doing more”, it’s about choosing what kind of movement supports you today. You might move through all 4 phases in a week… or just return and root for a few days. It adapts to your energy, your cycle, and your season.

The 4 Phases of the ROOT Rhythm

Each phase invites you to explore a different relationship with your body, using movement as a form of reconnection:

  1. Return
    Ease in. This is your landing point—reconnecting gently, checking in, and feeling into what your body needs today.

  2. Root
    Stabilize. These are grounding movements that re-establish your foundation. They build presence, strength, and awareness.

  3. Rise
    Energize. This is where you explore strength, flow, and expansion—moving with a little more effort or confidence.

  4. Release
    Let go. A chance to soften, unwind, integrate, and come back to stillness, supporting your nervous system and closing the loop.

This isn’t just a movement. It’s a practice of staying with yourself when it’s easier to check out. A gentle, ROOTed return to your rhythm.
