Steady & Strong is a six-week course designed to help you feel more secure, balanced, and confident in your body, not just during exercise, but in everyday life. This course is not about pushing harder or chasing fitness goals. It focuses on building strength that supports standing, walking, turning, reaching, and staying upright when life is moving around you.

 

The aim is practical strength and balance so your body feels reliable and responsive rather than stiff or fragile. Each session combines simple strength work, balance challenges, and gentle coordination exercises. You will learn how to use your feet, legs, hips, and core together so movement feels more stable and less effortful.

 

The pace is calm, supportive, and adaptable. It suits people rebuilding confidence, managing niggles, or anyone who wants to feel steadier moving through the world.

 

Over the six weeks, you can expect to improve:
