I help people who are disconnected from their bodies find the confidence they already have.

They just forgot how to use it.

You are getting older and starting to feel less steady, less confident in your body, and you want to do something about it before things get harder.

You have lived with an old injury for years and your body has quietly been compensating ever since. You move, but not quite freely.

You want to learn to use kettlebells properly, not just lift things, but understand how your body works and build real, lasting strength.

You have tried gyms, classes, programmes. Something always feels off. You are looking for something that actually fits the body you have, not the one someone else thinks you should have.

"Most exercise classes adopt a one size fits all approach. Sam's style is prescriptive according to each person's individual movement challenges."

There are a few ways we can work together, depending on where you are and what you need. If you are not sure which fits, the free chat is the best place to start.

Course
Anchor 1
Alongside group sessions and courses, I work 1:1 with people who want space to explore what’s really going on for them.

This work is about strength, movement, and your relationship with your body with time to slow down, ask questions, and take steps forward that actually feel like yours.

I know what it feels like to be in pain and not be believed. To have a body that doesn't behave the way it should, and to have to find your own way back to trusting it.

That experience is at the heart of everything I do.
