What we do
This is a free 30-minute chat to talk things through and see what kind of support might help. There’s no agenda and nothing to prepare. We can talk about how your body feels, what’s been tricky, and what you’d like more of. You’re welcome to bring questions, or we can simply see where the conversation goes. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clearer sense of what support would feel helpful right now. You can meet in person or online. Just book and reply to the confirmation email to let me know what you prefer.
If you can't make it
This is a free 30-minute discovery call, offered as a space to talk things through and see whether working together feels like the right next step. Please book only if you’re able to attend at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. If you miss the call without notice, you’re welcome to book again, but repeated non-attendance may mean future bookings aren’t available. This call is not a coaching session or treatment. It’s a conversation to explore your needs, answer questions, and clarify what support might be helpful.
