We weren’t made to move in isolation, disconnected from nature, or in ways that feel like punishment. I believe this is one of the main reasons people avoid ‘exercise’ - because deep down, they sense that the way it’s often presented feels forced and unnatural.

Nature-Based Movement is about reconnecting - to your body, to the outdoors, and to a supportive community.
