Fall Prevention

Falls are the main reason people who are losing their balance & strength, lose confidence and independence. Falls also limit a person's desire to stay active, as the fear of falling becomes too great

So why would you take part in fall prevention classes?

 

  • You are active and taking part in activities AND you know your strength and mobility are slipping, and could benefit from some focused attention​

  • Your lack of strength and mobility limits your daily activities

​

  • You're afraid of losing your current movement abilities and unsure of how to stay confident on your feet

I've been working with clients in fall prevention for 3 years and enjoyed every moment. I absolutely love helping anyone connect with their capabilities

 

It fills my heart with joy when 70+ yr olds look forward to coming and doing farmer's carries with kettlebells, and exploring what else they didn't think they could do

​

Keeping the classes to a maximum of 3 people means sessions are tailored to your needs and current movement patterns

​

Exercises can be practiced at home. During the sessions, I check on your technique so that you can feel confident that you are doing it right

​

My priority is to help give you autonomy over your OWN STRENGTH and MOVEMENT
