Corrective Exercise Circuits

NASM CES.png

"The primary objective of Corrective Exercise is to optimise movement quality. This enhances performance, results, movement efficiency, and recovery and is an effective preventative for injury" (NASM)

In the class you will learn how to use myofascial rollering and lacrosse ball techniques, mobility movements, and banded activation to get things working AND we have fun doing the movements

We start the class with plenty of warm-ups and the techniques learned and then the focus is on working with particularly tight areas. We then move on to doing specific exercises to activate specific muscles. We target areas that are common for lots of people that require activating and awakening or relaxing and loosening
