There are a lot of options out there, and honestly, there’s no wrong choice when it comes to health - it’s just about finding what works for you right now.

Trust me, I’ve been just as confused. I’ve spent years trying different strength and mobility programs, and for a while, I missed what my body was really telling me—what it truly needed.

The key? A solid foundation. Once I built that, everything else clicked. I was able to mix in the activities I love with the basics my body craved, and it worked!

Hi, I’m Sam!

I’d love to share a bit about myself. I help people learn simple movement patterns that make everyday life easier, focusing on strength and mobility as ways to explore and work with the body.

After a lot of trial and error, I’ve been doing this since I became a Personal Trainer in 2016.

Movement doesn’t need to be complicated. You don’t have to lift 100kg or do the splits (unless that’s your thing!).

It can be as simple as setting up a quick morning routine for mobility and strength, so your body feels good all day. Or learning a few stretches to avoid back pain after a long drive.

I’ve spent a long time trying to figure out the "right" way to get stronger and feel good in my body at the same time. But if I’m honest, being in my 40s, it hasn’t been easy. There’s always been some injury lurking in the background, and I wasn’t always listening to my body when it spoke up. I kept pushing through, thinking, “This will sort itself out.” I’d make a tweak here and there, but when that didn’t work, I ignored it and ended up injured. The lesson? My body was always telling me what it needed—I just wasn’t listening. I was too lazy, unsure, or worried to give it what it really required.

I truly believe we have the power to take control of our health, bodies, and minds and create the positive change we need. The trick is getting past the barriers our brains put up that keep us from moving better and trusting ourselves to give our bodies what they truly need.

Why do I do this? Because I want to help people take charge of their bodies and feel better as they move through life, using strength and mobility as tools to connect with and support the body in a way that feels good.

My expereince

I became a personal trainer in 2016 and quickly realised that I wasn't ready to train people without a LOT more experience and knowledge. This took me on the following journey..........
